Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that we, M/s. Coastal Marine Construction &
Engineering Ltd., ( COMACOE), are contracted by M/s. Hindustan Petroleum
Corporation Ltd., ( HPCL) , for carrying out the Operation & Maintenance of their
SPM terminal, which is located within the port Limits of Visakhapatnam Port. We
have been providing these services to HPCL since the year 2010.

As part of contractual requirement deployed our vessel M V Coastal Triumph for

HCPL SPM Operations & Maintenance within VPT port Limits.

Hence we wish to inform you that following material loaded at mumbai port fro usage
offshore drilling operation, and same material un-loading at vizag port on returnable
basis for SPM operations and completion of SPM job will be loaded in coastal
triumph

Sub: shifting HPCL Oil spill boom & Diving Equipment from Albatrss-1 to MV
Coastal Triumph - Reg

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that we, M/s. Coastal Marine Construction &
Engineering Ltd., ( COMACOE), are contracted by M/s. Hindustan Petroleum
Corporation Ltd., ( HPCL) , for carrying out the Operation & Maintenance of their
SPM terminal, which is located within the port Limits of Visakhapatnam Port. We
have been providing these services to HPCL since the year 2010.

As part of contractual requirement deployed our vessel M V Coastal Triumph in place

of “ALBRTOSS-1” for HCPL SPM Operations & Maintenance within VPT port
Limits.

Accordingly, we bought the subject tug from KG basin to work in SPM locatioin
Vizag Port Limits. In place Albatross-1, in this connection we wish to bring your
notice that the ``Albatross-1” carrying out repairs and to comply IRS survey
commendations, since the HPCL oil spill and safety equipment have to shift from
Albatross-1 to Coastal Truimph for SPM operations at vizag portHence we wish to
inform you that following material loaded at mumbai port fro usage offshore drilling
operation, and same material un-loading at vizag port.

In view of the above, we request you to kindly accord your permission for shifting of
the material from our vessels Albatross-1 to MV Coastal Triumph
