ORDER PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. 105(a) AND RULE 2002 OF THE FEDERAL RULES OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE AUTHORIZING LIMITED NOTICE AND ESTABLISHING NOTICE PROCEDURES Upon the application dated January 26, 2010 (the Application), of Yann Geron (the Trustee), chapter 7 trustee of the estate of Thelen LLP (the Debtor), the above-captioned debtor, for an order, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 105(a) and Rule 2002(h) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, authorizing limited notice and establishing notice procedures; and it appearing that good and sufficient notice of the Application has been given; and due consideration having been given to any responses thereto; and a hearing on the Application having been held before this Court on February 24, 2010 (the Hearing); and upon record of the Hearing, which is incorporated herein by reference; and for good and sufficient cause; it is hereby ORDERED, that the Application in granted to the extent set forth herein; and it is further ORDERED, that service in this case be limited to the following parties: (i) the United States Trustee for the Southern District of New York, (ii) counsel to the Debtor, (iii) counsel to Citibank, N.A., (iv) any party that has filed a proof of claim, and (v) any party in interest that has filed a request for notice pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2002 (collectively, the Master Service List); and it is further

ORDERED, that the Trustee shall file the Master Service List with the Court and update the Master Service List as necessary; and it is further ORDERED, that this court shall retain jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters arising from the implementation of this Order.
