    APPLICATION FOR AN EMPLOYMENT I refer to your vacancey advertisement with regard to the employment for English correspondence work, which appeared on Sunday Lankadeepa -Lahi Pita of 19th Sept. 2010 and wish to apply for same. I am a 58 years old person living at the above address , I have passed the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) examination in science subjects with a distinction pass to Mathematics , credit passes to Physics, Sinhalese & English Languages. Further I have successfully completed a Diploma course in Business Management conducted by the Academy of Management Studies- Srilanka in association with Institute of Management Specialist U.K I have worked in the private sector for the past 37 year period , in the capacities of Maintenance Foreman, Engineering Assistant, Stores Officer, Showroom Manager, Stores cum Transport officer and Factory Manager. Presently I am working as a Manager at HAC Engineering Enterprises Pvt. Ltd, Biyagama , who are the authorized distributor for Parker-U.S.A. products in Srilanka.(Parkeris the world leader In motion and control technologies &systems) As a Manager my main function are given below.
