Last Spring, I announced a new organizational structure for the Transit Services Department. The new structure was based on clear lines of accountability, integration and provided the necessary supports needed to run a complex service organization with a strong focus on Service Excellence to our customers and Employee Engagement. As part of that announcement, the following Managers were placed into acting positions and I am pleased to announce their appointments to the Management team: Troy Charter Manager, Transit Operations Branch; Jim Greer Manager, Transit Fleet Maintenance Branch; James Babe Manager, Transit Safety and Enforcement Services; Dan Villeneuve - Manager, Capital Projects / Facilities Management Branch; and, Robert Delage Manager, Transit Information Technology Branch. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the Managers who will continue to provide the high level of service, expertise and commitment to our customers and our employees.
