POSITIONS

- Position: recruitment officer
- Department: Human Resources Department
- Direct Management: Head of Human Resources
- Working time:
+ Shift 1: 6am-3pm
+ Shift 2: 3pm-12pm
* Job description: Performing human resources activities of the company
* Specific tasks:
1. The work of flexible use according to the company's procedures :
- Receive personnel registration, signer
- Make recruitment notices, contact work centers to notify recruitment, transfer
recruitment notices to the registration secretary.
- Receiving dossiers, checking dossiers, returning dossiers that failed, making the
list of submissions to the head of the department
- Prepare - send a letter of invitation to check at the request of the head of the
department, phone the candidate on the date and time of the inspection. Prepare
the test-test room, transfer the test to the head of the department, make a list of test
results, notify the candidate to achieve, fail by letter
- Make an interview list, notify the interview candidate by phone and mail, organize
the interview (meeting room, repeat the calendar), make a list of interview results,
announce the candidate is unsatisfactory or satisfactory and the job schedule, make
a job certificate.
2. Transfer the candidate assessment table to the accounting department to calculate
