1. Vacancy: HR training and development specialist

3. Workplace:

4. Job Description:
- Lead the design of training programs: Survey of needs, Planning, organizing
training; Evaluate training effectiveness; Develop budgets, monitor training
budgets for each profession.
- Coordinate with divisions/departments to design/develop training programs
including classroom training materials/online training materials/knowledge
application activities and assessment activities effective training
- Coordinating and operating all activities of implementing training and capacity
development programs: Organizing and operating programs; Evaluate program
quality and continuously improve;
- Manage the progress of the assigned work according to the plan to ensure the
achievement of the work objectives in each stage;
- Identify, monitor and report to management levels on risks in the process of
performing work for timely solutions;
- Perform other related tasks at the request of direct management.

5. Requirements:
- Graduated from a regular university, preferably with a university degree,
majoring in finance and banking; Foreign Trade; Economics or related field…
- Working experience: At least 06 years of equivalent experience in the fields of
finance, investment, banking, of which at least 03 years in the position of
capacity development management, operation and training for the team
- Understanding of business development activities in the financial, banking and
investment industries
- Skills: Analysis and forecasting. Identify and solve problems, design methods,
tools L&D' Manage and monitor the development of planning and organizing
functions; HAS SMALL ASSESSMENT AND DECISIONS
- Leadership ability: Ability to train and develop human resources
