Job Description
- Implement and develop recruitment and training process, procedures and policies
- Cooperate with other departments for recruitment planning, training and development programs and
control budgets
- Keep the HR's information system and policies up to date
- Build up and update organization chart, jobs descriptions and staff records
- Manage all open positions, contact employment services, forums to recruit the profiles needed
- Be in charge of CVs selection, contact candidates, schedule and interview organization
- Make contracts and collect information from the Direction about salary review, promotion
- Conduct and follow up the annual performance appraisal system
- Conduct the attendance records, timesheet
- Handle with expat liaison like work permit, residency card, business visa
- Organize the company events, activities
- Administration: purchasing, office maintenance, pantry, stationery, business trip preparation…
- Accounting: invoice, payment process…
- Other support will be assigned.

Job Requirements
- College/ Bachelor graduated
- Ability to use well MS Office
- Good experience in all mentioned HR fields
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Have a knowledge of labor laws

Language Skills
- Fluently in English / French (is big plus)
