You will join a family of about 200 experienced and skilled software and quality assurance engineers.
Episerver Vietnam is located today in a modern, creative, and stimulating working environment in the Song
Hong Land Office Building, Thai Ha, Hanoi.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will:

• In charge of checking Timesheets, preparing Payroll, Payslip, PIT and recording into accounting
software
• In charge of insurance (compulsory insurance and health insurance)
• Support General Accountant in preparing Tax reports, Financial reports, Management reports

Responsibilities:

Main jobs:
- Check Monthly Timesheet report
- Prepare Payroll, Payslip, PIT (software supported) and related reported
- Be responsible of Compulsory Insurance (social Insurance, health Insurance, unemployment
insurance) for all staffs: declaration of new comer, leave, and salary changing; SI book
confirmation; Sickness/Maternity claim;...
- Be in charge of health insurance: monthly declaration of new comer, leave, salarychanging;
insurance contract; supporting and answering questions from employee;...
- Give the advice to the management board of C&B policy...
- Take part in meetings with international team independently..

Support General Accountant (if needed)

- Working with Tax office (VAT refund, Tax Inspector...), Auditor; preparing financial plans,
Management reports, reports to Authorities and other Internal reports related to payroll and
other responsilbilities related to finance and accounting works .
Knowledge Requirement and Experience:

- Well understands Labor Code, Law on Social Insurance; Vietnamese Accounting Standards
and Tax regulations (PIT, VAT, WHT)
- Understands VAS, International Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting
Standards is an advantage;
- Has more than 3 years worked as an accountant/payroll accountant;
- Intermediate English in both speaking, listening, writing and reading. Fluently English in
accounting and financial sector is an advantage;
- PC proficient (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – required, strong with Excel...
- Ability to use payroll and accounting software (international standard software is an
advantage).

Educational Requirements:

- At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting;

- Above IELTS 5.5 or equivalent. Interviewed if no certificate;
