Congo - Equipment, SARL seeks to hire an « After Sale technical commercial

Advisor / PSSR /Chinese » with regard to the following descriptions:

− Offer open to: Chinese Natives,

− Fixed-term employment contract: 2 years term;

in accordance with the Congo-Equipment remuneration grid;

His role and responsibilities will include:

The After Sale technical-commercial Advisor is a sales negotiator who visits customer
sites and advises customers pertaining the identification, analysis and formulation of
their expectations in terms of maintenance (maintenance, repairs) and use of their
equipment. The PSSR has registered clients.
 Sales of commodities (parts and accessories) and services (contracts, repairs,
training, etc...)
 Advise customers on identifying , analyzing and formulating their expectations
 Manage the customer relationship in a sustainable commercial logic,
personalized and value creating.
 Main activities:
− Sell the company’s technical and commercial solutions (prepare, negotiate, advise, sell
and monitor business).
− Develop customers (build loyalty over the long term).
− Manage technical and commercial information (competitive intelligence, recording,
operation and analysis of technical and commercial information)
− Maintain customers’ machine parks.
− Implement commercial action plans
− Improve custormer service by better meeting their needs.
− Promote training.
− Perform relevant analyzes of the customers’ situation (technical, commercial and
economic),
− Represent the group to clients,
− Organize your schedule of customer visits,
− Communicate with technicians, the hierarchy and customers.
 Key Performance Indicators of the position
 Turnover development in line with customer potential
 Number of visits and relevant reports
 Information records (machine park, hours, in IRIUM)
 Customer satisfaction.

Those interested in the position should meet the following criteria:

 Qualifications and experience required

− Technical graduate (minimum), BTS technical-commercial,
− Nationality: Chinese (from birth),
− Languages : Chinese (100%) and English (French will be a plus),
− Valid driver’s license,
 − 4/5 years of professional experience in maintenance of BTP and Mines
machinery,
− Know Cat products and other brands,
− Master computer skills and the use of software (Word, excel, SIS, ET, etc…),
− Read the engine, hydraulics, electric and transmission technical diagram,
− Business skills,
− Know how engines, electricity hydraulic and transmission function,
− Know the procedures for preventative maintenance, curative, basic diagnostic
for Cat and other brands,
− Master the contamination control technics for the machine circuits,
 Skills required:
− Knows how to work alone and in a team
− Customer relation and negotiation orientation
− Great reliability
− Ability to adapt to any environment
− Able to communicate
− High availability
− Willing to travel abroad;
