E-mail tips - Office 365 and Outlook 2010 A quick way to check the address of the person to whom

youre sending an e-mail is to use the Check Names tool. Checking names Outlook 2010 1. Start a new e-mail. 2. Click in the white To box and type the persons name.

3. On the Toolbar, click the Check Names icon. 4. When the Check Names window appears, use the scroll bar if necessary to scroll to the right so that you can check which of the names is the correct one. 5. Click once on the persons name. 6. Click OK. 7. If the address has been recognised, the name will be converted to a usable email address and be underlined.
