Cleaning up the workplace after the clutter and junk has been
identified and eliminated Scheduled cleaning with follow up is imperative for sustained improvement
Seiso becomes necessary for two reasons, 1. For uninterrupted production activity
2. Workers take pride in working in a cluster free environment
