BREAD / NAAN DOUGH bread's dough is tougher than that of naan.

naan no dough is sticky where is bread's dough is non-sticky. take 250 ml mixed water and milk (50%each). 1/4 tsp of sugar now warm the mixture to such an extent that when u put your finger uptil a count of 10 it should burn ur hands add the sugar in it and mix it well add 1/2 to 1 ts of dry yeast. let it rest to activate the yeast.[note; this step is needed only if the yeast is inactive] Add 2-3 tbsp of yogurt/dahi in the mixture. Add 1 egg if you need

now add maida for naan and any kind of flour [maida/wholewheat] for bread. make the dough of the consistency mentioned above. also if any other stuffs u need like tutty frutti or some seeds etc then add it now. now let it ferment.

for rapid fermentation you can use either microwave / oven / convection.
in microwave: take a small wide based cup and take little water now let the water boil so that there is enough of moisture in the microwave. now rapidly take out the cup and put the dough in it and let it rest untouched for 1/2 hour. in oven or convection: just preheat the oven so that the atmosphere is warm but not arid. and place the dough for 1/2 hour. after the douh has risen you can make naan or bread. while cooking the bread bake it at about 160-180 celcius for about 15 mins and then regularly check the bread if cooked. to check that use the toothpick and drive it in the middle of the dough. if not sticky. the bread is done. enjoy
