It is privilege for me to recommend Mr.Palaniappan Narayanan for his desire to attend your university for his Master Degree programme. Through my observation I would like to say that he is attentive, studious and articulate student. I have taught him Chemical Process Industries in his third semester. His performance in the class was excellent. He is a bright and intelligent student; his approach towards the subject was splendid. With his positive approach and hard work he finished his assignments in time. He puts his theoretical knowledge into practice so that he can get a deep insight of what he has learnt. In spite of his busy academic schedule, he excels in extracurricular and cocurricular activities also. As a part of Rotract Club and Leo Club in our campus, he initiated various blood donation camps and managed to inspire his classmates also to donate blood. His organisational skills were much noted when he helped organizing Treasure hunt event in Pansophy, a technical symposim held on August 2011. He is extremely co-operative and posses the capacity to contribute positively while working as a part of a team. Though Mr.Palaniappan Narayanan has consistently exceeded in all areas of his course work, the best example of his intelligence shown through a project on CO2 separation from the flue gas. As a Head of the Department I would rate him among the top 15% students and I am strongly convinced that Mr.Palaniappan Narayanan is sufficiently prepared for his proposed study and he will make significant contribution to your programme.
