#2: Portfolio Assignment: Use Microsoft Word to Write a Personal Introduction, Include a Digital Picture of Yourself

Introduce yourself. Using Microsoft Word:

1. Open Microsoft Word. 2. Type a one page composition about yourself. a. The first paragraph is your introduction. It should include your name and an interesting facts about yourself. b. The second paragraph should talk about your past. Possible ideas could include: your family, where you come from etc. c. The third paragraph should be about your present. Possible ideas could include why you are coming to school, special hobbies you enjoy etc. d. The fourth paragraph should be about your future. Possible ideas could include what you want to be doing in five years, what career you working toward etc. e. The fifth paragraph is the conclusion. This should briefly summarize what you have talked about and add a personal comment.

Using a Digital Camera:

Using a digital camera, have another student take a picture of you or use a picture of yourself. Add the picture to your composition.
