On 07.01.2013 visited two AD Points, SLN Enterprises Begur and OM Sai Ram Agency Yadavanhalli. These two AD Points is under MK Enterprises it is SD.

Process of sim card Activation:

1. Customer will come to retail shop and buy the sim card and provide the photocopy of ID Proof and Address Proof and 1photo. 2. Retailer will give sim card and take signature of customer in CAF where it is require. 3. The Runner Boy of the AD Point will pick the CAFs from retailer. 4. From AD Point the Runner Boy of SD will pick all the CAFs at two times morning and afternoon. 5. The CAFs in the SD Location will be picked by the A2 Location Runner Boy. 6. In A2 Location the sim card will be activated. 7. After all these process customer should call to 117. So Customer can use outgoing calls.

Problems:
1. In AD Points the Runner Boy is not picking the CAFs on Time. 2. Without Filling the CAFs fully they will submit to SD Location
