Claims Co-operation Clause:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the respective


Reinsurance Agreement, it is a condition precedent to the Reinsurers'
liability under this Agreement that in case of a claim

a) The Reinsured shall give immediate written notice to the Reinsurer of


any claim made against the Reinsured in respect of the business
reinsured hereby or of its becoming aware of any circumstances which
could give rise to such a claim

b) The Reinsured shall furnish the Reinsurer with all information known to
the Reinsured in respect of claims or possible claims notified in
accordance with a) above and shall thereafter keep the Reinsurer fully
informed with regard to all developments relating thereto as soon as
they occur.

c) The Reinsured shall co-operate fully with the Reinsurer and any other
person or persons designated by the Reinsurer in the investigation
adjustment and settlement of any claim notified to the Reinsurer as
aforesaid and the Reinsured shall not without consulting the Reinsurer
or its representative litigate any such claim.

It is understood and agreed that all Adjusters, Assessors, Surveyors or


Experts appointed in accordance with the provisions of this clause shall be
deemed to be acting on behalf of the Reinsured and all Reinsurers and that
the fees, expenses costs and all other disbursements incurred in this
connection shall be shared pro-rata by all the interested parties.
