Intervention Independent: -Evaluate pain in scale of 0-10 regularly and noting the intensity and location. -Schedule for adequate rest periods. -Identify specific activity limitations. -Reposition as indicated. Dependent: -Administer analgesic drugs as prescribed or ordered by the doctor.
