Vietnamese Pork Roll

Ingredients 1 Tps Vietnamese Mayonnaise 1 6" Vietnamese Roll, cut lengthwise 1 Tbs Liver Pate 1 Slice Head Cheese 1 Slice Ham 1 Slice White Pork Roll Pickled Carrot Salt and Pepper, Soy Sauce to taste Recipe 1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of roll, spread pate on other half of roll. 2. Place head cheese on the pate side, place ham on mayonnaise then place white pork roll. 3. Place carrot in middle. 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and soy sauce to taste. Note: Add coriander, spring onion and chili.
