Student Placement Guidelines for February, 2013 1. Students are instructed to come strictly in formals. 2.

Students should display CCPP Identity Cards whenever asked for. 3. Students should come on time and should carry with them at least TEN copies of their Curriculum Vitae (in C-DAC format (legal size paper)), Relevant Certificates and Passport size photographs etc. 4. Students are advised to bring dry eatables and drinking water. 5. Students should carry a writing pad /pen/ pencil /eraser /flat file, etc. 6. Students are strictly prohibited from contacting company representatives for any information (after the Pre-placement Talk) 7. Students are advised to keep their mobile phones switched off or in silent mode. 8. Students will be allowed to appear for the recruitment process of maximum ten companies. However, if the student reaches to the final round of the selection process of any company, then, one additional opportunity will be credited to the student to appear through the campus placement. 9. During CCPP, students can opt out from the company. In such cases, the students have to submit in advance signed letter for opting out. Only then will their decision to opt-out will be considered. 10. Students who remain absent without prior intimation and valid reason at any time during the CCPP will not be eligible for further placement assistance. 11. Students once selected on campus will not be allowed to appear through campus for any other company and thus he/she will be automatically out of campus placement. 12. Smoking and chewing of tobacco are strictly prohibited in the campus. 13. Students should not leave the premises without the knowledge of liaison officers. 14. Students found indulging in any undisciplined activity will be debarred from further placement assistance. 15. Only those students who are on the short list of the company will be permitted to remain in the premises and participate in the recruitment process of the company. 16. CDAC reserves the right to disqualify any student at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever. I have read and understood CDAC Placement Guidelines and would abide by the rules of the CDAC Common Campus Placement Programme (CCPP).
