Petition: Public Demand for Residential Area Residents to be Notified of Avitrol use within 5 mile radius of bait sites

and mandatory permits which stipulate date/time/location

Whereas a majority of Clark County Citizens agree to the necessity of being forewarned of Avitrol use within 5 miles of our residences in order to properly prepare our family and pets for side effects. Birds ingesting Avitrol can travel miles before falling from the skies and posing a direct physical/psychological threat to the surrounding communities. WE the undersigned DEMAND CLARK County Commissioners respect our concerns of health and environmental damage to families, community and pets. We DEMAND to be notified in writing if WE reside within a 5 mile radius of ANY Avitrol use. WE the undersigned also strongly agree to a ban Avitrol use within city limits or possible threat to citizens of the state of Nevada.
