Wake us up on the 25th!

We have come to the end of another half term. I think that this has been the best half term ever. The work and attitude of the children has been fabulous. I think we are all ready for a break now to recharge our batteries, ready to start again with new topics. Thankyou to everyone that has been into school this week, we appreciate all your support.

Infant Closure
A quick note to remind you that the Junior School is open on the 25th February but the Infants will be closed for a training day.

All help is really

Trips
With the change in our curriculum we have increased the number of visits to places that engage our children. We keep costs to the minimum so that it doesnt have a huge impact on Parents. On most trips we subsidise it to lower cost for you, we always ask for a voluntary contribution towards the cost of the trip and I thank you for all your support. The most vital piece of information we ask for, is the consent form. Without the consent form your child will not be able to go. All letters from school can be found on the school website.

Parents Evening
Thank you to everyone that attended the two evenings this week. It was great to see so many of you. We received lots of really great feedback from everyone.

Violin/Viola Concert
Unfortunately the Violin/Viola concert that was scheduled for 21st March is having to be rebooked for a later date due to it clashing with another event.

Uniform
I have been watching the standard of uniform recently and whilst most of it is amazing, a few odd coloured shoes are being worn as well as jewellery. Can I remind everyone that our uniform policy states that only dark footwear should be worn and only stud or at ear rings are allowed with regards to jewellery.

Angels at the Gates

A brilliant response to our request at Parents Evening. We have over 70 email addresses. Please look out for an email from Mr. Crees. It will really please the children to have so many adults commenting on their blogs. Have a great week off. Lets do it all again on the 25th February

The Summer Fayre is fast approaching and we always need as much help as possible. If you would like to volunteer your services could you please let Mrs. Harris in the

The attendance for the current week, 7.2.13 to 14.2.13 was 96.33%. Congratulations to Class 5B for being the best attenders this week. We aim to keep our attendance around 97%. Thankyou for all your efforts! Much appreciated.
