Whats to be done? Practice better classroom management techniques, be more affirmative and less shy, and communicate more effective leadership skills. Whats to be done? Read up on subject, study textbooks and other resources. Take specialization AQ courses Evidence of Success: Knowledge of matter when looking at curriculum expectation without having to look at resources. Being able to answer students questions with looking up answer. Being better prepared for class. Assessment Strategies: Summative assessment, capacity to answer questions and prepare material without studying textbook Whats to be done? Overcome shyness and model my love of learning.
