    Call to Order : The session was called to order. Quorum was
    established.

    Topic discussed : Pilot Implementation on the Face to Face Learning

    The speaker explained the Implementation of Limited Face-to-face classes. The speaker
    reiterates that it was different from the Pilot Implementation on the Face to Face classes that
    started last November 15,2021. The speaker also added that the Implementation of the Limited
    Face-to-face classes had its legal basis ,the DepEd -DOH JMC Memorandum No. 1, s. 2021
    dated last September 27,2021. The limited Face-to-Face classes will be implemented initially in
    selected participating schools in minimum risk areas based on the DOH risk classification.

    The eligibility of participation to the Implementation of Limited Face-to-face classes that


    were all stated in the DepEd -DOH JMC Memorandum No. 1, s. 2021 are as follows:

    Schools
     Located in in minimal risk areas that based on the criteria set by the Department of
    Health.
     It should pass the school safety assessment using the School Safety Assessment
    Tool.
     The result shall be validated by a composite team.
     It shall have support from the LGU.
     Must secure an expressed support and consent from the parents of the students
    who will participate in the reopening of face-to-face classes in the form of a written
    consent.

    Teachers and Employees


     All teachers and employees who are 65 years old and below and with no
    diagnosed co-morbidities shall be eligible to provide service during the conduct of
    the face-to-face classes.

    Learners
     The participation is voluntary with written consent from parent/guardian.
     Only the learners from within the municipality where the school is located shall be
    considered.

    No further topic was discussed for other matters. The session was adjourned at 11:45 A.M.
