Fact abuot soya milk Soya milk is a nutritious beverage, especially the protein content. Besides soy milk also contains fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, provitamin A, B-complex vitamins (except B12), isiflavon and water. Isoflavones have the ability as an anti-cancer (Layuk et ac.2002). Soya milk also cheaper than cow milk.
