Thursday 7th March

Dear Paul, I understand from Philip Leslie (3 Nelson Road) that you are interested in speaking at this meeting, presumably on behalf of your traders group. (I expect you will want to consider whether you have a disclosable pecuniary interest before deciding.) As you know there are 3 minutes total speaking time allowed for all objectors, and quite often this is shared between different speakers where they cannot agree that one will speak for all. I have arranged with Nelson Rd residents that Philip should speak on their behalf, and I am not aware of any further speakers. Assuming you do decide to speak, I suggest that you and Philip share the 3 minutes equally. If on the other hand you choose not to, for any reason, it would obviously be very helpful for Philip to know he can use the whole 3 minutes. Regards,

Paul
