Administration Senior Accountant / Accountant / Assistant Accountant Head of Finance Section Banking and Accounts Payable (AP) Responsible for all financial and accounting activities of the company.

Primary and Major Responsibilities: Banking and accounts payable (AP) Audit freight bills against freight manifests. Review and approve all vouchers for payment, prices, extensions and purchase orders. Answer all vendor inquiries. Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended payment terms with vendors when cash is restricted. Print all accounts payable reports and maintain expenditure files. Analyze accounts as required and assist in monthly closings. Control bank accounts and present cash position report. Prepare accounts payable checks every month. Analyze equipment & materials account age and deal with accounts payable issues. Deal with loan issues when necessary. Reconcile bank accounts.

Qualifications: -Minimum bachelor degree or above in financial accounting required. -Possess professional certification in accounting practice minimum basic level. -More than 5 years in accounting with minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity. - Some experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sector is preferred. -ACCA or CPA is definitely an added advantage. Pre-requisite Skills: Good oral and written communication skills in English. Good PC skills, statistical analyses and economic forecasting techniques. Familiar with office automation in particular MS Excel and other financial softwares. Ability to speak clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented, analytical and able to maintain confidentiality. Be familiar with foreign exchange regulation and tax policy. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees. Ability to establish and maintain good relations with co-workers and department heads.
