Administration Senior Cashier / Cashier / Assistant Cashier Head of Finance Section Cash Deposits and Withdrawals Responsible for all financial and accounting activities of the company.

Primary and Major Responsibilities: Prepare checks for suppliers or pay vouchers and invoices for employees, verifying that all documents meet accounting and tax requirements. Control balances in bank accounts. Prepare daily cash deposits, and fill in cash control sheet daily. Reimburse cash expenses and make company daily payments or staff disbursements. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation. Handle routine issues with banks and deposit or withdraw cash vouchers. Process all filing for SIP Administration of Foreign Exchange. File payment invoices and maintain other financial records and accounting data. Provide data to management for financial reports. File and bind accounting vouchers for archive.

Qualifications:

Minimum college degree or above in financial accounting required. -Possess professional certification in accounting practice minimum basic level. - More than 2 years in accounting with minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity. - Some experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sector is preferred. -ACCA or CPA is definitely an added advantage. Pre-requisite Skills: Good oral and written communication skills in English. Good PC skills, statistical analyses and economic forecasting techniques. Familiar with office automation in particular MS Excel and other financial softwares. Ability to speak clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented, analytical and able to maintain confidentiality. Be familiar with foreign exchange regulation and tax policy. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees.
