Engineering Senior Engineer / Engineer / Assistant Engineer Head of Engineering Department New Product Introduction To design, implement, and monitor basic cost-effective methods of manufacturing, producing, and packaging of the companys products.

Primary and Major Responsibilities: Initiate discussions of all new product lines in terms of cost-effective manufacturing processes. Design and plan workplace needs according to new product specifications. Set and enforce standardized performance specifications for all new products. Measure new product variances, identify and correct any and all production problems. Report and update all developments in new product line to superiors. Keep track of all changes involved in production and revisions. Develop a basic management information system for planning and control purposes. Be accountable for producing new products under high quality standards while keeping costs under strict control. Qualifications: -

At least a technical degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering. More than 3 years hands-on engineering experience. Strong background in analyses and R&D procedures. Well versed in Auto-CAD drawings.

Pre-requisite Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (Oral and written skill). Able to work under high pressure and good analytical and organizational skills. Fluent in problem analysis & decision making. Excellent interpersonal, not just laboratory and design skills. Good Team work player. Signature: Date:
