Support TSA+ processes to meet daily and strategic long-term goals.
Lead continuous improvement projects and set direction for improving yield, capability, and throughput. Work with counterparts to establish critical parameters and tolerances on new product and process development. Actively update equipment/process documentation as the process is refined. Develop an understanding of functional product requirements and their interaction with process variables. Develop project plans with justification, objectives, benchmarks, critical reviews, deliverables, completion criteria, and timeline. Participate in cross-functional design teams to assure that product meets cost, capability, and output goals. Utilize and meet requirements of PPD flow in process development. Train and mentor manufacturing support teams on new processes, equipment, and tooling. Compile and analyze data using software, statistics, and engineering skills to characterize the process. Prove capability of technology through application in a high-volume environment or simulated environment.
