General Manager for Chinese Operations Engineering/Mmgt Trainee

Qualifications:

Accurate and attentive to details Excellent communication, organization, writing, problem solving, fluent in English and Chinese Coursework toward BS degree in engineering, material science or equivalent Strong mathematical background with basic understanding of statistics and ability to analyze engineering and scientific data Polymers, adhesives or coating experience (desirable, but not required)

Duties of Position:

Complete US and China based training program to ultimately: Oversee operations at a facility in China Set up and run an office/business Complete technical sales responsibilities Coordinate/manage launch of new products/parts Help develop new materials and manufacturing processes as directed by management Review engineering data and compile list of drawings, materials, parts and equipment used for manufacturing products Perform tool design to drawing and specifications Update datasheets, drawings and other related documentation Evaluate effect of design changes Release parts data to authorized departments and organizations Develops and maintains methods and procedures for incoming and outgoing inspection, tool dimensional checks, calibration of equipment and creating labels used for various projects Organizes and maintains sample room and product data sheets President Monday through Friday 6 am 3:30 pm or 7am 4:30 pm Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications Paid Holidays, Medical, 401K, Dental, Vacation, Sick Leave/Personal Time Please Send Resume to Marian, Inc. 2787 South Freeman Road Monticello, IN 47960 FAX (574) 583-3984 hire@marianinc.com
