The meeting immediately started with the presentation of the agenda.

Balik-Aral Project
Ms. Pae Bonguyan informed the body that the OSA told her that the distribution of school
supplies during Intrams is not possible for the office wouldn’t allow any activity during Intrams.
With this, the body decided to move the distribution of school supplies after the midterms
examination. The target dates for the latter will be on September 15 for the Marilog District, and
September 18 for the schools within the city. Section 4R and CES-VSP participants will help in
the distribution of school supplies for the schools in Marilog district while for the schools within the
city, it would be 10 volunteers from NSRC.

SOS Adopt-a-House Project

There will be some modifications in SOS Adopt-a-House Project. The program will
already become a month long celebration in collaboration with the AS and Nursing faculty.

Other Matters
The following will be the schedule of activities for the midterm period:
August 30 – buy school supplies for the Balik-Aral Project
September 7 – proctorship for NSTP examination

Mr. Ranches was given the task of making an announcement for the proctorship on September 7.

Ms. Cruzada informed the body that there would already be a paper to be passed each time a
board member collects the garbage from the canteen. The following will be the content of such
paper:
- date
- name
- signature
- control number

There having no further concerns, the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
