Chinese Spring Festival Paper Cut Card

Supplies
* Two 8.511 sheets of red paper * One 2x2 sheet of red paper * One 46 white index card * Scissors * Glue

Steps 1. Cut one piece of red paper in half, creating two 4.2511 pieces of red paper. 2. Glue the white index card in the middle of one of the halves of red paper 3. Make two red paper-cut triangles * Fold the 2"2" red paper in half diagonally, from corner to corner to make a triangle. (half size of 22" square) * Repeat; folding red paper in half diagonally, from corner to corner to make a smaller triangle. (quarter size of 22" square) * Make your own paper cut on the smaller triangle. * Unfold the red paper to 22" square. Then cut it in half diagonally to two red paper-cut triangles. 4. Glue one of the red paper-cut triangle on the left bottom corner of the white index card and the other one on the right top corner of the white index card. 5. Glue the 4.252.75 piece of red paper with the Chinese symbol of spring, , in the middle of the white index card. 6. Decorate the card with your own design. (This card sample uses two white flowers to decorate the card.) 7. If you want to hang this card on the wall, you can glue string on the top of the paper.
