A number of Zonal Railways and Railway Recruitment Board's have sought clarification as to whether the certificate of Madhyama/ Prathama pass awarded by Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna is recognized for the purpose of recruitment on the Railways. The matter has been examined in consultation with Department of Personnel & Training and it is clarified that Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board Patna is not a recognized Institution and aforesaid certificates awarded by them are also not recognized for the purpose of appointment/ promotion in the Central Government.
