jr. Engineer(contractual) Sir, I beg to lay the following few lines for favour of your kind consideration and sympathetic orders. That i have been working as contractual jr. engineer since 2009 under R.W. Division-I, Malkangiri. That my old parents are residing at cuttack. Execept me nobody else is to take care of them at their old age. That my mother is a "Thairod patient" and under treatment of C.B.K. Mohanty, prof., medicine of S.C.B. Medical college and hospital, cuttack, and also under treatment od Dr. Chita Prasad Das, Orthopedic (xerox copy enclosed). Her treatment is being neglected by me due to my absent as I am residing at far away from cuttack. That I have been married since February, 2012 and my wife is working in I.O.B. at Nandanpur, Balugaon Branch, district of Ganjam and staying at chhatrapur. That due to the above inconvenient, neither she nor me at taking any care of my old parents for which their livelihood is becoming very bad day by day. That the climate of Malkanagiri is not permitted to my health, for which now I am under treatment at S.C.B. Medical college and hospital, cuttack.

That considering the above, my mental agony is also not permitted to work at Malkanagiri. In view of the facts stated above, I would there for request you to kindly consider my transfer to Cuttack, Khorda or Dhenkanal for which act of your kindness, I shall remain grateful to you.
