    Functional Project Organization Functional project has immediate, direct, and complete contact with the most important technologies it need. Fractional resource problem is minimized for anyone working in the projects home functional group.

    Agree. The company has enough skill person and expertise (Leonard Fletcher and Sergey Belov)

    Advantages: Time saving (time required to hire outside Personnel take long period -study the company profile, experience, etc) Short line of communicate- less conflict, easy to negotiate and persuade Low cost( professional personnel has high demand in terms of payment, cost due to Good perspective ( positive view of the society if the company was managed by the in-house expertise)
