Important skills that I can contribute toward organization

Success of an organization depends on some skills. With the right strategy and skills,
one can set one’s company on the road to succeed. Here are a few ways that I can
contribute to the success of one’s business.

1. Be a good team player: To begin with, being an honest team player is an


important skill every employee should have which not only helps the company
but also co-employees as well.
2. Strong communication skills: Most of the job these days are more about
communicating with the clients abroad, moreover to carry on with the projects,
talking with the clients is necessary which requires good communication skills
for understanding and completing the task.
3. Positive attitude: Having a confident and positive attitude is required in an
employee to develop a good work environment that can help take the workload in
a comfortable manner with interest.
4. Proven ability to multitask: These days job involves high work pressure and
strict deadlines. For the same purpose, candidates with multitasking ability who
can run for multiple projects at once would be given more importance.
5. Determination: Determination is also a good quality required for performing any
task productively.
6. Quick learning: Quick learning is something that eases the higher authority’s
workload and gets quick processing with the workplace. .So, quick grasping
power can be a quality which I should bring along with me to my company
(“What can you bring to the company”,2021).
7. Focus on the company's needs: I should review the company website, talk with
employees (if you can), and watch the news for insights into what issues the
company is dealing with (Morgan, n.d.).
8. Manage time: Time management is a necessary component for success. Being
able to prioritize the most important tasks is an important skill for anyone who is
hoping to make the most of their time.

Other important skills are bringing new ideas, flexibility, empathy, strong
organizational skills, knowledge, bringing in added value, be goal oriented and so on.
