Speaking Communication (20 puntos)
1.3 Presentational: Students present information, concepts, and ideas to an audience of listeners or readers on a variety of topics.

You are about to welcome a group of exchange students from Costa Rica. You will talk about what a typical day at school looks like, as well as what you and your friends like to do after school and on weekends. Start with a greeting and introductions Describe a typical day at your school o Tell when your first class is OR at what time you go/ arrive to school o Talk about three classes you have (subject, time, difficulty, teacher, etc.) o Tell your favorite class and why o Tell what school supplies you need for that specific class Tell what you do after school including where and when you go Tell what you and your friends are going to do this weekend Ask the students if they are going to attend the event.

Visual Aid: Students must prepare a visual aid to use in combination with their oral presentation. The visual aid must be digital (powerpoint / glog /or other electronic media) or fit on an 8.5 by 11 sized piece of paper so that it may be projected while you present. Students should remember that the visual aid should help them to remember what they want to say as well as help the audience to understand any unfamiliar vocabulary. There may be only images and absolutely no Spanish or English used on the visual aid.
