Monitoring of Inward (packing materials,solids,liquids) of raw materials. Maintaining of minimum Inventory as per production planning. Coordination with all other departments like PRODUCTION (production requirement-single batch qtys, RM indents,GTs of FGs). QC (alerts raising-sampling program). QA (issue&submission of documents,vendor samples for product validationapproved vendors list,raising CRs for changes made,deviations,traininig classes about SOPs&SAFTY precautions). and MAINTAINANCE (preventive maintainance for AHUs,BALANCEs-job orders,LAYOUTS for ware house fire extinguishers&rat traps). Facing Audits and preparation of pre requisites for audits. Weekly stock verification and preparation of stock statements. Train the new trainees about WARE HOUSE SOPs&FORMs Implementation and seeing all personal following required Safety precautions and wearing Safety PPEs.
