Terms and Conditions: The identity card issued to you will be valid for a period of one year and will be renewed thereafter. Incase of renewal of ID card please contact HR prior of 15 days of expiry of your ID card. Incase of loss of card, you are required to file an FIR with the nearest police station and immediately report to HR with a copy of your acknowledged FIR statement by the police official. Incase the said process is not followed a penalty of Rs.1000/- will be charged to you. Every employee need to return the ID card on ceasation of their respective employment with the organisation on account of resignation, retirement or termination, failing which a charge of Rs.1000/- will be recovered from your final settlement.
