    The Effect of Harbor Mobile Cranes Additional to Ports Performance in Jamrud Terminal Surabaya Starting in 2014, Jamrud Terminal will be functioned especially for loading and discharging general cargo and dry bulk contents. To support this plan and to anticipate congestion in Tanjung Perak Port, PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) as terminal operator has plans to add and operate seven new Harbor Mobile Cranes. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of Harbor Mobile Crane to ports performance and to know the responsibility of ports stakeholder. The data will be collected from ports stakeholders to calculate and analyze ports performance with Double Linear Regression. Important Performance Analysis method will be used to know level service. After that, recommendation will be made. The result of this study is to predict the values increase of ports performance and to know the level service of ports stakeholders because of adding Harbor Mobile Crane. Recommendation will be made for ports stakeholders in order to give better service in the future. Keywords: Harbor Mobile Crane, Ports Performance, Level Service.
