Blooming Rosesthoughts from your chapter president

bration. We are having our first February meeting on the 18th at 5:00 pm at Janelle's Bakery on Broadway Street. The menu will be a deli style dinner for $10. We are starting this meeting an hour earlier to have a chance to relax and enjoy each other's company without rushing to begin the business meeting. On Saturday, March 9 we will be hosting the Tri Meeting with Alpha Omicron and Beta Alpha. It will be held at LaRosa's in Jackson at 11:00 am with an Italian themed dinner and show led by our own Kim Lewis. Alpha Delta State 75th Anniversary Chair and Past State President Virginia Koch will be our guest speaker. The weekend of April 12-13-14 will be the 75th Anniversary Celebration of Alpha Delta State to be held in Columbus. This will be one that you don't want to miss as there are many special events planned for that weekend. The current issue of "The Voice" has all of the exciting details and information about this year's convention. Grilled Salmon

Salmon fillet, with the skin Sea salt, or an infused salt (I like lime/ginger) Brown Sugar Soy Sauce *no amounts given, just go by preference Place salmon skin side down on foil. (the skin helps the meat stay together, if you use skinless, use a cooking spray on the foil. Rub the salt and brown sugar over the top of the fillet. Pour soy sauce over the top. Place on grill approx. 350 deg (med heat) and close the lid. 20 minutes later take it off the grill and enjoy!
