changed drastically. The Obama Administration has limited the amount sodium and calories in food. Schools now how to offer students more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Extra pounds put children at a greater risk of developing type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Susan West, a middle school cafeteria worker, doesnt agree with the new food guidelines.
