Alternative Action Search Activity Frequently, we find ourselves acting one way in a situation and later regretting it or wishing

we had behaved differently. The clearer people are about their values, the more congruent their actions are with their feelings and beliefs and, therefore, the less often they later regret their actions. What would you do?
