Why Should I be selected to be a Times scholar?

In todays world of cutthroat competition, one needs to have an edge in order to be in the place they want to be

in. I, Aditya one of the applicants for the Times scholar program feel that winning a scholarship would definitely have a positive effect on my career which is to be a software engineer. In order to pursue my dream Ive already started my preparations by learning computer science(c++ being the

programming language used) at the school level. Besides that I learnt a little bit of Adobe after effects and Adobe Photoshop as well. I also plan on learning an extra programming language once in college. Academically I secured a 10.0 CGPA in class 10 and topped the science stream in the second shift of my school

securing around 90% in the final exams. Regarding co-curricular activities I am an active member of the school Mathematics Club. I also possess good leadership qualities and being the House captain (class 11) and school head boy/school captain in class 12 strengthens the fact. If I do get selected for this prestigious

scholarship, I would use the money to as a part of college fund so that I would be closer to achieving my goal.
