MANUAL 4 NORMS SET BY R&B DEPARTMENT FOR THE DISCHARGE OF ITS FUNCTIONS

Following norms are set by Roads and Buildings department for delegation of powers to various officers. P.W.D. Manual Manual prepared for day to day working in the office as well as for execution and supervision of works. The Manual prescribe guidelines, instructions and norms for efficient working system of the Department. Gujarat PWD Manual Vol. I is intended primarily to define the scope of the functions of the officers of Gujarat PWD in respect of work executed by the Department and accordingly it's embodies mainly such orders as are related to them.
