MOBILE SERVICES
Among all mobile services three types of services are important and revenue generating. Voice services. Messages services. Value added services. VOICE SERVICES The basic services on mobile related to the voice transmission are called voice services. These services are the basis of the mobile telecommunication industry. These voice services can be listed as given below. Call forwarding Call reject Call waiting Video Conferencing

MESSAGE SERVICES Bulk messaging. MMS Voice Message Voice mail

VAS(value added services) All the services on mobile other than the voice services and message services are called Value added services. There services are, now a days , the most revenue generating mobile services and are going to grow in future at an enormous growth rate. The VAS services can be categorized into three types. Entertainment services Educational services M-Commerce services.

DTH services
DTH stands for Direct-To-Home television. DTH is defined as the reception of satellite programmes with a personal dish in an individual home. DTH does away with the need for the local cable operator and puts the broadcaster directly in touch with the consumer. Only cable operators can receive satellite programmes and they then distribute them to individual homes.

Broadband Services Broadband services are provided to the user for high speed internet access. Internet access can be provided through: 3G services GPRS EDGE
