    In Journal #9, we explored the importance of assessment.     Kyra Owen ENGL 1101 Mr. Borrero 29 April, 2013 Reflection: Journal #9 In Journal #9 we explored the importance of assessment.

    Through engaging in this journal, I learned that assessment isnt easy and there are multiple ways to do it. By creating my own plan of assessment and then having others criticize or applaud it helped me better see that Mr. Borrero has a hard job of assessing all of his students work. I also learned the importance of thoroughly explaining the way grading is done and as a student, it is my responsibility and right to understand my instructors assessment methods and use that to my advantage.
