ANALYSIS OF EXISTING PRECAUTIONS (are the precautions effective; if not, why not?) Following health and safety discussions, all possible risks have been carefully considered and all health and safety precautions and have prepared effective risk deterrents for when filming commences. This has been successful planning as it has successfully highlighted all the possible risks and has enabled sufficient planning to prevent risks. We will also as a production team do a walkthrough of the location and note down any outstanding hazards. Planning included using an umbrella if raining to prevent water damage with film equipment. We have also ensured that filming commences during the time a first aider is present in the medical room, which is a 1 minute walk from location.
