HAZARD IDENTIFICATION Fire extinguisher, Cables, Tight compact spaces, Plugs and sockets, The main power cable mains. Chairs, Tables, Recording equipment, Tracking Dollies, Recording equipment and computers, Curtains, Non-movable fixtures and fittings.

PERSONS AT RISK (who might be harmed and how? are there any groups especially at risk?) Actress, Director and Cameramen (Ashley Wise and Meli Arif).

EXISTING PRECAUTIONS (what controls are currently in place?)

Actress and Directors are briefed on health and safety before they enter the room. Above the opaque door is a fire exit sign. Fire extinguisher in the corner of the room can be used to prevent fires. All furniture will need to be packed away (folded down or stacked) prior to filming and placed into the corner of the room. All recording studio equipment will need to be moved out of the way prior to filming. Door to the broadcasting studio WILL NOT be locked when in use for fire health and safety hazards.

ANALYSIS OF EXISTING PRECAUTIONS (are the precautions effective; if not, why not?) During the briefing of the all actors were briefed an all health and safety implications in relation to filming the scene. All visible risks were pointed out and actors were made aware not to interfere with recording equipment. Fire exits and precautions were thoroughly discussed and observed in order to promote safety in the event of a fire.
