Ways to minimise risk

Keep all things tidy and out of the way on the side on
the tables
Make sure not to go near it and ensure everyone is
aware that it will be hot. Extra care needs to be taken
when packing it away
Put the strap around the neck when holding the camera
and use a tripod
Ask beforehand how to use it put the camera on and off
the tripod
Check all the props are fine and there before the shoot
starts
Make sure everyone is feeling well before the shoots
starts and also ensure that they take breaks so they can
rest for a bit and drink some water if necessary. Also the
temperature of the room will be adjusted to match
everyones needs e.g. open windows if it gets too warm
